The Class

This is a slow and nourishing practice which allows you to give into your body weight and gravity fully. It is a deeply relaxing practice which allows your body to completely relax while holding poses from 5 to 10 minutes at a time with the support of props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. This class is recommended for everyone!
