Vinyasa Flow


The Class

Coming from a flow series background this class focuses primarily on the lower half of the body and to stabalize the core. It will allow you to explore some deeper hip opening poses as well as a couple longer holds. Don’t be surprised if you use blocks or straps in this class from time to time!
